We are currently offering a 10% discount off our 2024/25 price for Events being held on Monday to Thursday!

Excl: December 1, 2024 to January 1, 2025 and December 2025.

Our minimum price is based on up to 5 hours (our base price).

System V & DJ - is normally our compact Disco System designed to fit into more tighter spaces for the DJ to work in and is venue specific or, ideally suited for small intimate events! It is a ‘proper’ mobile disco system with adequate sound and lighting for the Venue, just more compact! Please see Picture Panel above.

Minimum hire charge up to 5 hours - from £300.

Each additional hour or part of - £60.

System 1 & DJ - suitable for up to 120 people. It features a 500 watt* Genuine Bose sound system with a Pioneer mixing desk and CD players. It also features 4 fixed lighting effects with vivid colours and patterns. Please see Picture Panel above.

Minimum hire charge up to 5 hours - £400.

Each additional hour or part of - £80

*For larger venues you can upgrade the sound system to 1000 watts for an extra £80 per event.

The above costs are for us supplying to a venue within approximately a 12 mile radius of Edinburgh City Centre. All other areas POA.

Our price also includes setting up time for our equipment - we normally arrive 1 hour before the start of your booked hire time to do this. If you would like us to set up earlier, then there may be an additional charge for this - our waiting time.

Venues that have a very difficult and restricted access for us incur an extra charge for the additional time and labour involved in the delivery/set-up and collection of our equipment. Any charges being applied are detailed in our quotation.

To book us: we will require a 20% deposit (payable by bank transfer) and the balancing payment payable on the day of your hire in cash. If you want to pay us the balancing payment by bank transfer, then we will require your payment at least 7 days before the date of your hire to allow for it to process through the banking system.

Presently we do not accept debit or credit cards, however you can transfer funds directly in to our bank account - full method of payment details are on our quotations.

Cancellation notice; In the event of a cancellation our terms are exactly as below.

1) Hire cancelled outwith 3 calendar months from starting time - no charge and deposit fully refunded.

2) Hire cancelled more than 168 hours (7 days) but within 3 calendar months from starting time - 20% charge      payable - loss of your deposit.

3) Hire cancelled within 168 hours (7 days) from starting time - 100% charge payable.

VAT is not applicable to our price.
